In celebration of our latest candle, L’iris di firenze, we’ve created the perfect indigo cocktail pairing - the Fiori Spritz. It’s lightly floral and effervescent, conjuring the freshness of Iris petals. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. x James

The Fiori Spritz 

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Creme de violette
- 1.5 oz St. Germain
- 4 oz Prosecco
- Club Soda
- Lime slice
- Fresh Mint Sprig

Instructions:
- Fill your Riedel Double Rocks Glass with ice
- Pour in the St. Germain, Creme de Violette and Prosecco
- Squeeze in fresh lime juice and add the lime slice to the glass
- Mix together with the fresh mint sprig and add a club soda float to taste
