Negroni
Ingredients:
1 ounce gin
1 ounce sweet vermouth
1 ounce Campari
Orange twist
Preparation
Combine all liquid ingredients with ice in a mixing glass and stir until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Squeeze orange twist over the drink and slip into the glass. If you're feeling rebellious, you could skip the orange twist and add in an ounce of triple sec instead.
Americano
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces Campari
1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth
Club soda, to top
Garnish: orange twist
Preparation:
Fill a highball glass with ice, then add the Campari and sweet vermouth. Top with the club soda and stir gently to combine. Garnish with an orange twist.
Garibaldi
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces Campari
Fresh “fluffy” juice of one orange (approximately 4 ounces, blended or shaken until “fluffy”
Garnish: orange wedge
